Fresno Yosemite International Airport (IATA: FAT, ICAO: KFAT, FAA LID: FAT), formerly Fresno Air Terminal, is a joint civil-military public airport in Fresno, California. It is the commercial airport for the San Joaquin Valley and central California. The airport covers 697 acres (283 ha) and has two runways and one helipad.
The airport is owned and operated by the City of Fresno and is a major hub for Boutique Air, which offers flights to several destinations in California. The airport also serves as a focus city for Allegiant Air.

On September 11, 2001, two aircraft hijacked by terrorists crashed into the World Trade Center in New York City. One of the aircraft, American Airlines Flight 11, took off from Fresno Yosemite International Airport bound for Los Angeles International Airport.

Macready Field, now Merced Municipal Airport, is located two miles northwest of downtown Merced, in Merced County, California. The airport covers 646 acres and has two runways.
In 1927, W. H. Macready founded Macready Airways, an air service which operated out of Macready Field. In 1930, the City of Merced took over the operation of the airport. In 1962, the airport was renamed Merced Municipal Airport.
The airport is currently served by two commercial airlines, United Express and Allegiant Air. United Express offers daily flights to San Francisco International Airport and Los Angeles International Airport. Allegiant Air offers weekly flights to Las Vegas McCarran International Airport and Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport.
The airport is also home to a number of general aviation and flight training businesses.
